Super Junior expresses frustration over ‘SBS Gayo Daejun’ pre-recording mishap

On December 29th, fans were disappointed to discover that SM Entertainment had not informed fans prior to the pre-recording for the ‘2011 SBS Gayo Daejun‘, leaving Super Junior without a crowd support in the audience of such a prestigious event.

The members immediately took to their Twitters to apologize for the incident and also let out a bit of steam over the mishandling of the event.

Leader Leeteuk expressed, “This isn’t right… They should’ve put up notices beforehand, no? I’ll apologize on behalf of them~” Donghae also quickly apologized, “Sorry, ELF…”

Eunhyuk frustratingly tweeted, “This year-end doesn’t mean anything without our ELF… so frustrated!!!!!! Eat food, eat food twice.” The sentiment was retweeted by Leeteuk, Donghae, and Siwon, who added, “Eat thrice~^^ kekeke,” and “Keep eating.”

Siwon wrote in English, “Any way.. you look at it, there isn’t a group more hard-working than us, and there can’t be a group more pitiful than us..damn it! if we’ve done anything wrong, it must be the crime of working too hard, don’t you agree everyone? well just forget it.. what a long day..”

EXO to debut four members at ‘2011 Gayo Daejun’

Four members from SM Entertainment‘s rookie groups EXO-K and EXO-M will be making their first appearance at the ‘2011 SBS Gayo Daejun‘.

SM Entertainment is planning to have a surprise performance by four members of EXO – KAI, LU HAN,TAO, and yet-to-be-introduced CHEN – on December 29th during the ’2011 SBS Gayo Daejun’. In particular, CHEN, who will be revealed for the first time through this stage, will showcase his superior vocal talents that surpasses the level of a 19-year-old. Because he will be the lead vocals for the group, many are anticipating this live introduction.

Most recently, a group photo of the four members (above) through their official website as well as Korean, Chinese and international social networking platforms has been spiking international interest in this group.

Although four members of EXO-K and EXO-M have been confirmed, the exact number of members still remains unknown, drawing even more curiosity from the general public.

SM’s Two New Groups will Debut on the Same Day and Time with the Same Song in Korea and China!

S.M.ENTERTAINMENT announced the debut of the new groups on its official website.


On December 22nd at 00:00 a.m., SM official website put a pop-up with the logo for the new group and the timer, therefore, it has been drawing the attention from music fans.


The timer is set for 24 hours and people are waiting for the contents, which will be released on the 23rd at 00:00 a.m.


SM’s new group will be two male groups and they will debut on the same day and time with the same song in Korea and China. Since it’s something that has never been tried before, it will be good enough to capture the attention of fans not only in Korea and China but all over the world.


The teaser video of the new group will be released through SM official website (www.smtown.com), YouTube SMTOWN channel and facebook SMTOWN page on the 23rd at 00:00 a.m. and the members’ images and videos will sequentially be released.


Meanwhile, since SM’s new group has already been receiving a great attention, it is predicted that they will become a hot issue in the music industry of 2012.
